During the October 21 Board Meeting, the Lamar CISD trustees received an update on the demographic report from Zonda Demographics for the second quarter of 2025. The presentation included current development activity and future growth projections that will impact Lamar CISD over the next decade. 

Key takeaways:  

🔹 The district has 93 subdivisions currently under active development, with more than 5,700 available home lots. 

🔹 Lamar CISD has 44 future subdivisions with nearly 58,500 lots in the planning stages. 

🔹Groundwork is currently underway on approximately 2,500 lots within 15 subdivisions.
